Refused to refund money for services not rendered I paid Sybe $1318.00 on the 1st of October, 2018 for Credentialing services for two professionals. I was told one of the professional wasn’t eligible and that the amount for that services would be refunded. Also, the only one that needs to be done wasn’t done. Although the service was requested in October, I checked with the Credentialing departments of two out of the 4 insurance companies and was told no application was submitted as at January, 2019. I tried to reach them and request for both the promised refund of services they claimed isn’t possible to be done and the services they promised to do but didn’t do, but all to no avail. Billing and credentialing department don’t answer phone calls nor respond to voice messages. Sales department answer phone calls but claimed she can’t do anything and ask me to keep trying the billing and Credentialing departments that never respond to calls. They promised services will be completed in 3 to 6 months. It’s over 6 months without any completed services, if at all started.
